Las Vegas Hotels – Caesars Palace, M Resort, and Flamingo Las Vegas

Caesars Palace Las Vegas 017

Las Vegas has over 150 000 lodging rooms. To help you decide where to stay on your next visit, we will show you three good Las Vegas hotel options for different budgets.

Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel and Casino

Caesars Palace Las Vegas 018
Caesars Palace and the Strip 6 AM in the morning

The flagship of Caesars Entertainment hotels in Las Vegas, Caesars Palace is located in the heart of the center Strip area, between Bellagio and The Mirage. With 3960 rooms and six towers, it’s one of the biggest hotels in Las Vegas. When choosing a room at Caesars Palace, remember to check the renovation dates of different towers as the situation changes every year.

If you have Diamond or higher status in the Caesars Rewards program, you can use the dedicated Diamond Lounge for check-in and checkout – which is a huge benefit on busy days. The lounge is not clearly visible in the lobby, so you should take the hallway on the left side of the check-in desks and walk that for maybe 50 meters.

Augustus Tower Strip View King Room

One of the most recently renovated towers in Caesars Palace is Augustus Tower and the “Strip View” rooms have magnificent views over the Bellagio fountains and Las Vegas Strip.

The 60 square meters (650 sq feet) room has plenty of space for two travelers, with a separate sofa area for lounging. There is also a small table and a desk which can be used for working purposes.

M Resort Spa Casino

This small (390 rooms) luxury hotel is the southernmost casino on the Strip – about 17 kilometers (10 miles) south of Mandalay Bay. M Resort is the right choice if you are looking for a chill but an upscale hotel, away from the hustle and bustle.

Flamingo Hotel & Casino

Flamingo Las Vegas 009
Northern entrance of the Flamingo

Located opposite Caesars Palace, on the other side of the Strip, The Flamingo is one of the oldest casinos in Las Vegas. Founded in 1946 this 3460-room casino hotel is best suited for budget-oriented travelers.

Flamingo Executive King Room

Flamingo has plenty of different room categories, so choosing the right one might be tricky. They also have still smoking rooms, so that’s something to watch out for. If you have Diamond or higher status in the Caesars Rewards program, you can use the dedicated Diamond Lounge for check-in and checkout – which is a huge benefit on busy days.

The 42 square meters (450 sq feet) Executive King room (see photos below) has a sofa and a separate working area. There are also plenty of charging options (2 x USB, 2 x power) on both sides of the bed. The TV is an adequate 55-inch model.
